The 2024 HOTELEX Shenzhen Expo, which lasted for three days from December 12-14, 2024, was successfully concluded on the 14th! In this exhibition, QiangAn not only displayed products and brought the latest catering equipment solutions, but also held the 2025 Shanghai International Pizza Masters South China Division, reflecting our deep understanding and accurate grasp of the needs of the industry.

This is a feast of food and skills, the collision of passion and skills, for the majority of food lovers to bring a double feast of vision and taste, but also for the pizza industry professional exchanges and skills to build an excellent platform.

Let’s reveal the mystery of this year’s winning works! Look at how they conquered the professional judges and audience with their creativity and super high technology.

 

WINNING WORKS

Champion: Shen Tao (Three Bear Pizza)

Spicy Bratta Beef Pizza/Pistachio Cheese Handcart

The creative work of this champion can be regarded as an exquisite and unparalleled culinary art piece. The combination of traditional Breta cheese and grilled beef, combined with Sichuan’s unique spicy chili oil, creates this innovative pizza that blends Chinese and Western flavors. Breaking geographical boundaries, making food borderless!

The proposition pizza is a combination of rich cheese hotpot sauce and triple flavored pistachios. Pear balances the taste while enhancing the aroma. Italian mountain honey cleverly balances the taste of blue cheese, conquering the taste buds of all the judges present.

Runner-up: Wumai Erjiang Yu Suying (Brant Wonderful Kitchen)

Smoked Beef Sausage Pizza/Tianshan Nut Pizza

The runner up is also very impressive. Smoked beef sausage is a must-have breakfast for Ili people every day. Paired with Xinjiang style dried tomatoes and chili peppers, it is paired with sterile eggs and pumpkin puree to create a wonderful and harmonious taste, adding a unique charm to the entire pizza and standing out among numerous entries.

The proposition pizza uses the sweetness of pistachios, combined with yogurt and black truffle sauce. The slightly sweet and sour yogurt is paired with pistachios, creating a rich and refreshing taste for the pizza.

Flame salmon pizza/No worries tuna pistachio pizza

The first creative pizza is an ingenious fusion of tradition and modernity. A blend of Western sandwiches with a barns willing fire, served with salmon that has been preserved in ice and perfumed lemon, and finished with a fresh black truffle that permeates the entire pizza. The proposition pizza is more creative, with tuna marinated in black pepper and rose salt, black and white sesame seeds that have been fried until golden, unsweetened pistachio sauce for flavor, drizzled with 10% sugar pistachio sauce and embellished with ice grass. Infused with new energy, the sweet and salty texture impressed both the judges and the audience.

Fourth place: Ishak Munnik (Brant Wonderful Kitchen)

Western Region Pizza/Happy Dried Fruit Pizza

This pizza presents the fusion of traditional dried fruits from Xinjiang and Silk Road culture, bringing a sweet and sour taste experience similar to a journey of Silk Road cuisine. The inspiration comes from the cultural heritage of Xinjiang as the core area of the Silk Road. Raisins, dried cantaloupe, and honey dates are unique dried fruits from the Western Regions, blended with pomegranate juice and condensed yogurt to showcase the diverse ingredients and deliciousness of the region. Every bite can feel the dance of food culture on the tongue, bringing unprecedented taste impact and novel experience.

The inspiration for the proposition pizza comes from the dried fruit culture in Xinjiang, which is a place of origin for dried fruits such as pistachios and red dates, with both sweetness and nutrition. Using dried fruits as the main ingredient, the pizza showcases a unique dessert flavor. Using condensed yogurt and light cream to create a base sauce, combined with various dried fruits, to create a sweet but not greasy, healthy and natural taste experience. Simple names convey happiness and are refreshing.

Fifth place: Brant (Brant Wonderful Kitchen)

Wild Horse Pizza/Hometown

The inspiration for the creative pizza “Wild Horse” comes from a Kazakh girl on the grassland. The crimson face is rebellious and unruly, like a group of galloping horses on the grassland. After frying with butter until fragrant, the meat is fragrant and rich in taste. Paired with grilled eggplant, pine nuts, and mini pumpkin. The taste is thick and chewy.

The second proposition pizza is “hometown”, the missing of home is like a hot and soft pizza, the bottom sauce baked green bamboo shoots and pistachio jam, to adjust the summer green, rich pistachio jam to make the mood happy, add the mother’s favorite air-dried tomato, chicken breast mushroom roll, scattered pistachio nuts and figs, happy energy, become one of the most popular works.

In addition to the rich grand prize, the top five will go through to the Shanghai Finals next year, and compete with the pizza elites in each sub-division of the country! These winners will undoubtedly become a new role model for the pizza industry in South China and even the world, inspiring more practitioners and enthusiasts to pursue excellence, constantly innovate, and inject new vitality into the local dissemination and development of pizza culture.
