**Innovation Zone Display**

In this 180 square meter exhibition, QiangAn specially invited Swedish Pizza Master brand expert and Italian master Ciro Sorrentino to make classic Italian Napoli pizza on site. The QiangAn chefs team also brought star products such as pizza, freshly baked hamburgers and various snacks to everyone, presenting creative food with layer ovens, chain ovens and kiln equipment.

At this exhibition, QiangAn will release a new F1618 chain oven with infinitely variable wind speeds and a fast menu on the panel. It has powerful functions and is suitable for various places. Much more fun, waiting for you to reveal on site~

16 inch countertop conveyor oven

Bakers Rock H-Series electric model conveyor ovens, is composed of one or more stack-able baking chambers and an optional stand. During baking, the product is placed on the stainless steel 304 conveyor belt and passes through two flows of hot air : impingement technology , the best system for heat distribution in the whole baking chamber for perfect baking of pizza, pastry, seafood, sandwiches, bagels, ethnic foods and more. Management of needed power is automatic according to the load.

Bakers Rock S3240 Electric Tunnel Stone Oven equipped conveyor belt with refractory stone fillets, cooks directly on refractory stone. Ease of use, perfect cooking and very low consumption allow it to be used even by non-specialized personnel. have cooking chambers with independent electronic temperature regulation for baking floor and ceiling. They can easily be controlled and set by the operator and they guarantee excellent cooking many products, such as pizzas, focaccia, Arabian bread, tortillas, vegetables, brochette, tart , chicken wings, meats.
