Bakers Rock’s Team-Building Trip to Shengsi, Zhejiang: Uniting as One for a Journey to Mountains and Seas

From September 19 to 21, QiangAn Company 3-day team-building trip to Shengsi, Zhejiang, concluded successfully. With the core slogan “Unite Hearts to Strengthen QiangAn; Forge Ahead Fearlessly for Glory”, the trip not only let everyone relax amid sea breeze and scenery but also boosted team cohesion through collaboration, injecting vitality into future work.   Day 1: Beach Games & Bonfire Fun The first stop was Nanchangtu Beach. The team split into two groups for competitions: “Sail through the Winds and Waves” Team: Slogan “Dominate the Globe” – they won most games with good teamwork. “Draw the Sword” Team: Slogan “Bravery wins when rivals meet” – they showed great spirit. Games like “Number Grouping”, “Bridge-Building Ball Pass”, “Back Guessing Numbers” and “Blindfolded Sword Swinging” brought laughter. At night, a bonfire party with singing and dancing let everyone enjoy the happy time.   Day 2: Sea Fishing & Scenery Appreciation The itinerary on the second day was full of island characteristics. In the morning, he team went sea fishing. Fresh seafood was caught and enjoyed at lunch. In the afternoon, the team visited Dabeishan Scenic Area – the top viewing platform offered a full view of Jihu and Nanchangtu Beaches. They also toured Lingyin Chan Temple. In the evening, the team watched the sunset at Zu’an Highway (2.8km coastal road) – its “green mountains on one side, rolling waves on the other” scenery was stunning.   Day 3: Liujing Pond & Lighthouse On the last day, the team went to Liujing Pond (core of Liuhe Chaoyang Scenic Area), at the easternmost of Sijiao Main Island. They walked the coastal plank road and admired the sea. The white lighthouse there symbolized direction, just like QiangAn’s development goals. This trip helped Bakers Rock Team deepen understanding and gather strength. In the future, they will return to work with passion and teamwork to strive for Bakers Rock’s bright future.
